Installment payments are due on the first (1st) of every month and are considered late if received after 9 a.m. on the eighth (8th). You may make payments through the convenient online Resident Portal, or you can drop off a check at the Leasing Office.
Our apartments near CU Boulder cater to Buffaloes’ schedules. Housing contracts last for 12 months and run from the beginning of August until late July, coinciding with the University of Colorado Boulder’s academic schedule, so you have plenty of time to settle in before school starts.
